A) Self Service

2) Select your device and model. 

3) Select a service, if you know what your repair requires (i.e. Battery, Glass, Screen, Home Button, Camera etc), or choose their Free Diagnostic service.

4) Select shipping option (self package or have them send you a box) and checkout. 

B) Assisted Service 

$30 for my time on top of iResQ's service and shipping fees. I'll take your device and handle the full process. Includes free pickup/delivery.

Shipping Options:

(a) You pack & ship it on your own and pay for return shipment cost—choice of USPS 1st Class, FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight.

(b) You pack it and iResQ emails you an instant prepaid label—2-way FedEx Ground or Overnight. **This is my usual selection. I normally select 2-way overnight as customers can't be without their devices for very long.

(c) iResQ sends you a box & prepaid return label—3-way FedEx Ground or Overnight.

Typical turn-around time is 24 Hours + shipping! :-) Example:  

• Monday – Ship your device to iResQ via FedEx overnight

• Tuesday – iResQ receives, repairs and return-ships your device same-day

• Wednesday – You receive your repaired device

LOCAL

Locally I think Batteries 'n' Bulbs offers screen and battery replacements, but my experience and reports from customers has been a little hit-n-miss with BnB. Sometimes they’ve installed 3rd party screens that aren’t as good as the OEM Apple screens, especially on the edges. I have worked with iResQ for many years and trust them and their certified technicians for quality work.
